It’s looking like a busy few months ahead for everyone at Structural Steel Craft, with work continuing on multiple projects.
We will be working alongside Sienna Construction on a local project. This involves improvements being made on Hoeford substation to reinforce the electricity infrastructure to 3,500 homes and businesses. Our work will help to future-proof the electricity supply and improve its resilience for decades to come.
Further afield, in conjunction with Northvale Construction, work has commenced on the New Hibernia House project at Borough Market in London. This project consists of the conversion of offices into a restaurant at ground floor level, construction of a basement and also the erection of a two-storey roof extension.
Structural Steel Craft and Mizen Construction continue to make great progress at the Durnsford Road project in Wimbledon.
We are providing a range of architectural metalwork for the project, including the balconies shown below. These balconies provide the finishing touch to these smart and sustainable apartments, reflecting elegance combined with practicality.
We are happy to be working with Mizen Construction on their Wynnman Place project in Durnsford Road, Wimbledon.
Structural Steel Craft, along with our sister company Safeguard, are undertaking the architectural metalwork for the project. The work includes walkways, boundary railings, stairs, balconies and a large rain screen cladding package.
With Covid-19 restrictions slowly lifting, Structural Steel Craft have been carefully controlling our return to site. Working together with our partners we have been able to complete some of the projects that were affected by the lockdown.
Grosvenor Place Project
Structural Steel Craft have been working alongside Prater Ltd. on this new development in Hyde Park Corner. The new building will replace the existing 1950’s and 1960’s offices with a high-quality hotel, 26 residential apartments as well as guest rooms and a spa.
Ravensbury Regeneration Project
We are proud to be involved in the Ravensbury regeneration project in the London Borough of Merton. The benefits of this transformational project will be felt by the existing community and for generations to come.
