Structural Steel Craft’s work with Vincent Stokes Construction on the SLM “The Centre” in Watford is nearly complete.
This has been an intricate project with some large challenges to overcome, including very long trusses and a very tight working space!
Structural Steel Craft’s project with Kier construction for the Institute of Cancer research is nearing completion.
Our part of the work has involved structural steelwork, site safety systems, metalwork, staircases, metal decking and intumescent paint.
All that remains to be done are the external walkaways, and of course final paint and touch up to ensure the job is finished to the highest standards.

Phase 1 of the new sports hall and swimming pool area at the SLM “The Centre” in Watford is well underway. The steel frame of this phase is up and ready for the installation of pre-cast concrete planks.

All the detailing and manufacture of this large building are being carried out in house at Structural Steel Craft. Helping us to maintain our very highest standards.
Structural Steel Craft’s latest project with London Square is nearing completion of Phase 1.
Our package consists of several aspects of architectural metalwork ranging from steel balconies and balustrades to staircases and rails. These have all been designed and manufactured to the customer’s specification, and current building regulations, by the Structural Steel Craft team.
Our project helping to construct the new building for the Cancer Research Centre continues. We are now making good progress with Phase 2.

Phase 1 of the new building for the Cancer Research Centre is now well under way!
Phase 1 consists of 80T of steelwork, 500m2 of metal decking, 200m2 of roof decking and 200 linear meters of Safeguard site safety systems.
